In an emergency, call our Hotline:

Turn on your hazard lights. If possible, move your vehicle to the emergency lane to avoid obstructing traffic.

Call the EKVE Hotline at 1-300-88-3583 or use the nearest SOS Emergency Phone located along the highway.

Exit the vehicle from the passenger side and wait behind the guardrail. Do not stand on the road or next to your vehicle.

Adhere to the speed limit, buckle up, and ensure your Touch 'n Go card has sufficient balance for a smooth journey.
